LOOM 2024
The Shri Shankaracharaya Technical Campus in Bhilai, Chhattisgarh, India, orchestrated the CodeLoom event. The previous offline hackathon was an enjoyable experience as it accommodated over 250+ participants. This time around, we aim to incorporate school students in order to expose them to the latest technologies and the tech community, thereby sparking their interest in the field. Additionally, it will provide college students with the chance to be recruited by various corporations.
​A hackathon is an event, typically lasting several days, where people, usually software developers, designers, and other tech enthusiasts, come together to collaborate intensively on a project, often with a focus on coding or problem-solving. Participants work in teams to create innovative solutions to specific challenges or to develop new software or hardware products. Hackathons often involve brainstorming, coding, designing, and presenting their projects to a panel of judges.
